Reminder — the ACCC is active on influencer disclosure. All paid partnerships, gifted products, and affiliate links must be disclosed clearly with #ad, #sponsored, or similar within the caption (or using Instagram/TikTok’s native paid partnership label). This rarely hurts engagement when done confidently and can be leveraged naturally with cheeky “they’re paying me to say this” commentary which Mandy’s audience would adore anyway. Regardless of format, this has to be on the checklist from day one to protect Mandy legally.
